Ingredients

The salad

  • lb Shredded chicken
  • 1 cup Red grapes (cut in half)
  • ½ cup Celery (diced)
  • cup Pecans (optional; finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh dill (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Green onions (sliced thinly)

The dressing

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Sea salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine the chicken salad ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well until uniform.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
