BLT Chicken Salad

The dressing

Instructions
- Finely shred the chicken using a food processor or by hand.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, lettuce, celery, tomatoes, red onion, and bacon.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and mix until well combined.
- Serve on bread, with chips, in a wrap, or on a salad.
