BLTA Chicken Salad Lettuce Wraps

The dressing

The salad

diced cooked and chilled chicken breast

bacon, cooked and chopped

grape tomatoes, halved

diced celery

avocado, diced

Romaine lettuce leaves, for serving
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, green onions, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, bacon, tomatoes, and celery. Reserve some for garnish if desired.
- Add the dressing mixture to the chicken mixture and toss to coat.
- Gently toss in the diced avocado.
- Serve the salad over lettuce leaves.
