Healthy BLT Chicken Salad

Ingredients

The salad

  • 1 lb cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
  • cup sweet onion, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • ½ cup celery, diced

The dressing

  • cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • tsp black pepper

For serving

  • to taste bread, romaine lettuce, crackers or chips

Instructions

  1. Mix Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, and spices in a small bowl.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, onion, tomatoes, bacon, and celery.
  3. Add the dressing to the large bowl and mix gently until well combined. Adjust seasoning if needed.
  4. Serve in a sandwich, wrap, lettuce cup, over a salad, or with crackers.
