Quick + Easy BLT Chicken Salad

broad leaf greens for shells (chard, collard greens, romaine, cabbage)
Instructions
- Cook diced bacon in a medium pan over medium heat for 6-8 minutes until crispy, then remove to cool.
- While the bacon cooks, chop the green onions and cherry tomatoes, and place them in a bowl.
- Add the shredded chicken to the bowl with the onions and tomatoes.
- Mix in the cooked bacon, mayo, and dill until well combined.
- Prepare the lettuce leaves to use as shells.
- Fill the lettuce leaves with the BLT chicken salad mixture and serve.
