The dressing

Instructions
- Massage the kale with olive oil for 3-5 minutes until wilted.
- Combine shredded chicken, bacon, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and the massaged kale in a large bowl.
- Mix the dressing ingredients: Greek yogurt, ranch seasoning, lemon juice, and hot sauce.
- Add the dressing to the chicken mixture and combine well.
