The salad

The dressing

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F and bake the bacon until crispy, then chop it.
Rehydrate the sun-dried tomatoes in hot water.
Massage the chopped kale with kosher salt until tender.
Combine the kale, sun-dried tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, corn, bacon, feta, and green onion in a large bowl.
Mix the dressing ingredients together and drizzle over the salad, tossing to combine.
