Instructions
- Spread pastry flour on the countertop and shape the fresh dough into a circle.
- Chop turkey pepperoni and mix it with parmesan, ricotta, shredded mozzarella, red pepper flakes, basil flakes, and black pepper.
- Place the filling on one half of the dough and top with thick slices of fresh mozzarella.
- Fold the other half of the dough over the filling, leaving a one-inch edge, and twist the edges to seal.
- Mix egg, water, and oregano in a small bowl and brush it over the calzone, then cut slits on top.
- Spray a baking sheet with olive oil, place the calzone on it, and bake at 425°F for 16 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and serve with marinara sauce.
