Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, basil, and Italian seasoning; season with salt and pepper.
- On a floured surface, divide the pizza dough into 4-6 equal parts.
- Roll each part into an 8-inch circle, about ¼ inch thick.
- Place the cheese mixture on one half of the dough, add pizza sauce and other toppings, leaving a ½-inch border.
- Fold the dough over and pinch to seal the edges; make a slit in the top if desired.
- Brush the edges with beaten egg and sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
