Easy Simple Turkey Burger

avocado oil
Instructions
- Combine ground turkey, minced garlic, and grated onion in a bowl.
- Add oregano, salt, and pepper, then mix everything with your hands.
- Form the mixture into patties, using about 1/5 of the total meat for each.
- Heat avocado oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for 5 minutes on one side, then flip them.
- Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Serve the burgers with your choice of toppings.
