Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray an 8”x8” baking dish.
- Tear each biscuit into 4 or 5 pieces and arrange them in the bottom of the baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salsa, chiles, chives, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Pour the egg mixture over the biscuits.
- Sprinkle cooked sausage or bacon on top if using, followed by the cheese.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the cheese is browned and the center is firm.
- Garnish with sour cream and salsa before serving warm.
