Instructions
- Combine spring mix, beets, goat cheese, asian pear, and pecans in a large salad bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix mustard, vinegar, basil, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Gradually whisk in olive oil until the dressing is fully combined.
- Serve the salad with the dressing on the side.
