Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla or chocolate flavored non-dairy milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ frozen banana frozen banana
  • to taste none sweetener of choice

Instructions

  1. Combine the non-dairy milk and chia seeds in a blender and let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the frozen raspberries and half of the frozen banana to the blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Taste the smoothie and add sweetener if desired.
