Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup almond milk

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth if drinking immediately.
  2. If drinking leisurely, blend blueberries, chia seeds, banana, and half of the almond milk, then let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the remaining almond milk and blend again until smooth.
