Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- 2. Beat the butter until smooth, then add the egg and mix until incorporated.
- 3. Add the dissolved coffee, oil, and vanilla, and beat until combined.
- 4. Gradually add the cake mix, mixing slowly until just combined.
- 5. Stir in the chocolate chips and white chocolate chips.
- 6. Roll the dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet a few inches apart.
- 7. Bake for 7-10 minutes until the tops are set and starting to crack.
- 8. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before serving.
