10 Minute White Bean Artichoke Basil Toasts

good quality olive oil
Instructions
- Pulse the garlic, chickpeas, and half of the basil in a food processor until finely minced.
- Cut the remaining basil into ribbons and chop the artichokes.
- Toss the chickpea mixture with lemon juice, basil, olive oil, salt, pepper, and artichoke hearts.
- Adjust the mixture to taste.
- Add spinach or greens just before serving.
- Serve the mixture on toasted bread.
