Radish White Bean Toasts

The bean spread

Cannellini beans, rinsed and drained

The toasts

rustic whole grain bread (1 ounce each)

radishes, cleaned, trimmed, thinly sliced

chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Toast the slices of bread until golden in the oven or toaster.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the beans, olive oil, garlic, smoked red paprika, and lemon juice; mash until thick and lumpy.
- Spread 2 ½ tablespoons of the bean spread on each toast, top with one sliced radish, and garnish with 1 tablespoon of parsley.
- Serve immediately.
