Easy Chai Tea Latte

Instructions
- Boil the filtered water in a small pot.
- Pour the boiling water into an 8-ounce mug and steep the chai tea bag for 5 minutes.
- Remove and discard the tea bag, then stir in the granulated sugar.
- While the tea is steeping, heat the milk in the pot over medium heat until it begins to steam, whisking vigorously or using a milk frother to froth the milk.
- Pour most of the frothed milk into the tea concentrate, stirring to combine, then add the remaining milk and foam on top.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired and enjoy.
