Plum Nectarine Pistachio Upside Down Cake

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
- Cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy, then add eggs and vanilla.
- Mix in half of the flour and all of the buttermilk, then add the remaining flour and pistachios.
- Melt butter in a skillet, add brown sugar and salt, and let it bubble.
- Arrange sliced plums and nectarines in the skillet, then pour the cake batter over the fruit.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before inverting onto a plate.
- Serve warm with whipped cream.
