Instructions
- Prepare the dressing by mixing olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and Parmesan in a jar or bowl.
- Chop the cauliflower into small florets and place them in a large bowl.
- Drain the black olives and add them to the bowl along with the banana pepper rings.
- Dice the red bell pepper, finely chop the red onion and parsley, and add them to the bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss to combine.
- Refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld, stirring before serving.
