Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until tender and browned.
- Allow the roasted cauliflower to cool completely.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Combine the cooled cauliflower, bacon, cheese, and green onions with the dressing and mix well.
- Serve immediately or chill for 2 hours for better flavor.
