  • 4 large oranges
  • 1 large lemon
  • 1 piece fresh ginger (about 2 inches)
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Optional Garnishes

  • a few mint leaves
  • ice cubes for serving

Instructions

  1. Juice the oranges and lemon into a pitcher, straining to remove seeds and excess pulp if desired.
  2. Juice the ginger and add the ginger juice to the pitcher.
  3. Combine the orange juice, lemon juice, and ginger juice in the pitcher and stir well.
  4. Stir in the honey and refrigerate for at least an hour to chill and blend flavors.
  5. Serve the chilled juice in glasses with ice cubes if preferred, garnishing with mint leaves.
