Ingredients

Wet Ingredients

  • 4 eggs room temp eggs
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • ¾ tsp xanthan gum
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • ¼ cup cashew milk

Dry Ingredients

  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • ½ cup tapioca flour
  • ½ cup almond meal flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp fresh chopped rosemary
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Beat the wet ingredients together until well combined.
  2. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and beat again.
  3. Drop the mixture in 4 piles onto unbleached parchment paper.
  4. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350°F for about 25 minutes.
