Instructions
- Combine almond flour, arrowroot, flax meal, salt, and baking soda in a medium bowl.
- Blend eggs in a large bowl for 3 minutes until frothy.
- Stir vinegar into the blended eggs.
- Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
- Scoop the batter into a well-greased loaf pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the bread and serve.
