Spinach Cheese Ravioli

Instructions
- Mix eggs, water, flour, and salt in a mixer bowl, then knead the dough and let it rest.
- Prepare the filling by wilting spinach, cooking onion, and mixing with cheeses and egg yolk.
- Roll out pasta sheets and place filling in small balls, then seal and cut into ravioli.
- Boil ravioli in salted water for 5-6 minutes, then strain and serve with sauce.
