Instant Pot Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta

Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, cubed slightly larger than bite sized

Cream Cheese, cubed

Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients before starting.
- If using uncooked bacon, sauté it in the Instant Pot until done, then remove and drain fat.
- Add butter and a splash of broth to the pot, scraping the bottom.
- Add broth, heavy cream, ranch powder, and garlic powder, and stir well.
- Stir in the pasta.
- Add the chicken and cream cheese, submerging them without stirring.
- Cancel the sauté function and seal the pot.
- Set to pressure cook for 5 minutes.
- Release the pressure carefully when done.
- Stir the mixture, it will be soupy initially.
- Stir in the cheese until melted, then mix in the bacon.
- Serve warm.
