Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta

Instructions
- Cook bacon in a skillet over medium-low heat until crispy, then crumble and set aside.
- Season chicken with Italian seasoning and salt, then cook in the bacon grease over medium-high heat until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove chicken, dice it, and set aside.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, reserving 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
- Melt butter in the skillet, then whisk in flour for 2 minutes.
- Stir in half and half and ⅓ cup of reserved pasta water, cooking for 4 minutes.
- Add cream cheese and ranch seasoning, cooking for another 3 minutes.
- Reduce heat and stir in parmesan cheese until melted, adjusting consistency with more pasta water if needed.
- Fold in chicken and pasta, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
- Top with crumbled bacon and serve warm.
