Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a 13 x 9 baking dish with cooking spray.
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the diced onion, cooking for 7 minutes until soft.
- Add the chopped spinach and cook for an additional 3 minutes until wilted, then remove from heat and transfer to a large bowl.
- In the bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked pasta, and chopped bacon with the sautéed vegetables.
- In a food processor, blend the cream cheese, ranch dressing, salt, pepper, and cayenne until smooth.
- Toss the ranch mixture with the chicken and pasta mixture, then stir in half of the shredded cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly, then allow to cool slightly before serving.
