Creamy Chicken and Bacon Pasta with Spinach

Instructions
- Cut the chicken into small pieces and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Let it rest.
- Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente, reserving ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
- Cook the bacon in olive oil until it starts to render, then add the chicken and cook until done.
- Transfer the chicken and bacon to a bowl and cook the onion in the remaining fat until softened. Add garlic and crushed red pepper.
- Pour in the white wine and cook until absorbed, then add spinach and cream, cooking until the spinach wilts.
- Combine the pasta, chicken, and bacon with the sauce, adding reserved pasta water if necessary.
- Finish with lemon juice and Parmesan, mixing well and adjusting seasoning to taste.
