Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian Seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Beat the egg in a separate bowl.
- Dip chicken in the egg, then in the breadcrumb mixture.
- For pan-seared chicken, heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken until crisp and cooked through.
- For air-fried chicken, spray the air fryer basket, place chicken inside, and cook until crisp and cooked through.
- In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, white wine, lemon juice, lemon zest, and stir until combined.
- Lower heat, add Parmesan, salt, and pepper, and stir until cheese melts.
- Add broccoli and spinach, then combine with cooked pasta.
- Allow to cook together for a few minutes before serving.
