Creamy Lemon Chicken

Instructions
- Pat the chicken breasts dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large cast iron pan over medium-high heat, then sear the chicken for 4-8 minutes per side until browned and nearly cooked through. Remove and cover with foil.
- Reduce heat to medium, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth, cream, and Italian seasoning, and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Lower the heat and stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add lemon juice and adjust to taste.
- Return the chicken to the pan and simmer until fully cooked through.
