Creamy Lemon Garlic Boneless Chicken Breast

Instructions
- Rinse the chicken breast and season with creole seasoning and salt, then set aside.
- In a large saucepan or skillet, heat oil over medium heat until hot, then add the chicken and brown for about 3-5 minutes on each side.
- Remove the chicken and set aside, draining excess oil but leaving about 2 tablespoons.
- Add onions and minced garlic to the pan, stirring for about 5 minutes.
- Add cream, milk, tomato puree, paprika, white pepper, thyme, parsley, ½ cup broth, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the pan.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and let it simmer for about 5-7 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the pan and adjust the sauce thickness and seasoning with additional water or broth as needed.
- Simmer for another 3-5 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Add lemon slices if desired, then remove from heat and serve warm.
