Instructions
- Pat the chicken breast dry.
- Combine the flour, parmesan, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
- Dip the chicken in the flour mixture and shake off the excess.
- Heat oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
- Add the chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5 to 7 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken and tent to cover.
- Add the wine or broth to the skillet and deglaze the pan.
- Add the lemon juice, lemon zest, and half and half, and cook for 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
