Instructions
- Drizzle chicken with olive oil and sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning, coating all sides evenly.
- To bake, preheat the oven to 400°F, coat a baking dish with oil, arrange chicken in a single layer, cover with parchment paper, and bake until the chicken reaches 165°F, about 30 to 40 minutes.
- To grill, preheat the grill, oil the grates, grill chicken over direct heat for 5 minutes on each side, then transfer to indirect heat until it reaches 165°F.
- To sauté, heat oil in a skillet, add chicken in a single layer, cook until browned, flip, reduce heat, partially cover, and cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
