Creamy Chicken and Broccoli Pasta

Instructions
- Boil the pasta according to package instructions, adding broccoli during the last 3 to 4 minutes.
- Drain the pasta and broccoli, reserving ¼ cup of pasta water.
- In a pot, melt the butter over medium heat and stir in the flour, cooking for 1 minute.
- Whisk in the milk gradually, then season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Increase the heat to medium-high and cook until the mixture boils and thickens.
- Remove from heat, let cool for 1 minute, then stir in the cheddar and parmesan cheese until melted.
- Add the drained pasta, broccoli, and chicken, tossing to coat evenly.
