Broccoli Chicken Mac and Cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, adding the broccoli for the last 2-3 minutes.
- Drain the pasta and broccoli and set aside.
- In a separate pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute, then gradually add stock and milk, stirring until smooth.
- Simmer the sauce until thickened, then stir in cheddar, Parmesan, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Combine the cheese sauce with the pasta, broccoli, and chicken.
- Serve immediately or transfer to a baking dish, top with extra cheese and Panko, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
