Spicy Creamy Chicken Cajun Pasta

Instructions
- 1. Boil fettuccine noodles in salted water until al dente.
- 2. In a large sauté pan, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until done.
- 3. Add green pepper to the pan and cook until it starts to soften.
- 4. Add onion, garlic, shallot, and jalapeño, cooking until fragrant and softened.
- 5. Sprinkle cajun seasoning and crushed red pepper onto the veggies and stir to combine.
- 6. Add spinach and toss for about 30 seconds until it starts to soften.
- 7. Lower the heat to medium-low and slowly pour in the half and half, stirring continuously.
- 8. Season the sauce with salt and pepper if necessary, then add the chopped chicken.
- 9. Spoon the cooked noodles into the cream sauce and stir to coat.
- 10. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onion or parsley.
