Instructions
- Boil the pasta according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Salt the chicken to taste and season generously with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and pan-sear the chicken for 8–10 minutes on each side until fully cooked, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, add onions and garlic, stirring for about a minute before adding tomatoes, thyme, paprika, Cajun seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, bell peppers, chicken broth, and cream.
- Bring the sauce to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 7–10 minutes.
- Slice the chicken and mix it with the pasta and sauce until thoroughly combined.
- Serve topped with parsley and Parmesan cheese.
