Instructions
- 1. Season the chicken with Cajun seasoning and grill until cooked through.
- 2. Boil the pasta until al dente, reserving some cooking liquid before draining.
- 3. In a saucepan, heat butter, then add garlic and flour, whisking to combine.
- 4. Slowly pour in milk while whisking, then bring to a boil and reduce heat.
- 5. Stir in cheese and cream until smooth.
- 6. Sauté bell peppers and onion in olive oil, then add mushrooms and additional seasoning.
- 7. Combine pasta, sauce, chicken, and veggies, then garnish with parsley before serving.
