Cajun Chicken Pasta

The pasta and sauce

heavy cream

Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted water according to package directions.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat a grill, grill pan, or skillet to medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until cooked through, then slice.
- In a small pot, combine heavy cream, butter, salt, and pepper over medium-high heat, bring to a simmer and cook until thickened.
- Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted.
- Toss the pasta with the sauce and top with the sliced chicken.
- Garnish with Cajun seasoning, diced tomatoes, green onions, and additional parmesan before serving.
