Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta

The creamy ingredients

plain Greek yogurt

Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, reserving 1 cup of the cooking liquid.
- Whisk together ½ cup of milk and flour in a bowl.
- Cook the bacon in a pot until crispy, then remove and set aside, leaving some drippings in the pot.
- Sauté the onion in the drippings, then add the chicken and cook until done.
- Remove the chicken and onion from the pot, then add the spices and whisk in the milk mixture.
- Slowly add the remaining milk and simmer until thickened.
- Stir in the Greek yogurt and cheeses until melted.
- Add the pasta, chicken, onion, bacon, and peas, mixing well.
- Use reserved pasta water to adjust the sauce consistency as needed.
