Instructions
- Combine milk, sugar, and pumpkin in a saucepan and heat over medium heat.
- Bring to a boil while whisking, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 seconds.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, and clove.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and chill in the refrigerator for about an hour.
- Once chilled, freeze in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
