Instructions
- 1. Combine the pumpkin puree, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg in a mixing bowl.
- 2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
- 3. Churn the mixture for 15 to 20 minutes according to your ice cream maker’s instructions.
- 4. Serve immediately as soft-serve or freeze in an airtight container for a few hours until firm.
- 5. If frozen for a longer time, soften in the refrigerator for an hour before serving.
