Ingredients

The ice cream base

The spices

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp ginger
  • ¾ tsp nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp clove

Instructions

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. 2. Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined loaf pan or a large bowl.
  3. 3. Place the mixture in the freezer for about 2 and a half hours until it reaches a creamy consistency.
