  • cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • heaping ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • to taste freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
  3. Continue blending until you achieve a smooth puree.
