Simple Stuffed Mushrooms

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C/400 degrees F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sun-dried tomatoes, olives, egg, mozzarella, and seasoning.
- Remove the stems from the mushrooms and fill them with the mozzarella mixture.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms in a roasting dish and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden-brown and tender, then season with black pepper before serving.
