Instructions
- Combine mixed greens, mandarin oranges, dried cranberries, and candied pecans in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, orange juice, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, shallot, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
- Drizzle half a cup of the dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat the ingredients.
