Ingredients

The salad

  • 5 oz Fresh spinach
  • 1 15-oz can Mandarin oranges (drained)
  • ½ cup Goat cheese (crumbled)
  • cup Walnuts (chopped)
  • cup Dried cranberries

The vinaigrette

  • cup Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 ½ tbsp Orange honey
  • tsp Sea salt
  • tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine the salad ingredients in a large bowl or on a platter.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the vinaigrette ingredients.
  3. Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad and toss to coat.
