Ingredients

Dressing

  • 2 Tablespoons white sugar
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • 3 dashes Tabasco hot sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon dry parsley
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • cup canola oil

Salad

  • 6 oz. spring mix
  • 11 oz. can of mandarin oranges, drained
  • ½ cup candied pecans
  • ½ cup craisins
  • 3 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the sugar, vinegar, Tabasco hot sauce, salt, pepper, and dried parsley.
  2. Whisk in the canola oil until completely combined.
  3. Place the fresh spring mix salad in a large bowl.
  4. Add the drained mandarin oranges, craisins, sliced green onions, and candied pecans on top of the spring mix.
  5. Serve with dressing on the side.
