Easy Turkey Casserole

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces egg noodles
  • 4 cups chopped cooked turkey
  • 2 10 ounce cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 ½ cups frozen peas and carrots
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • as needed spray cooking spray

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and coat a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
  2. 2. Cook the egg noodles in salted water according to package directions.
  3. 3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked noodles, turkey, cream of chicken soup, milk, 1 cup of cheese, peas and carrots, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4. Place the mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the remaining 1 ½ cups of cheese on top.
  5. 5. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes or until heated through.
  6. 6. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  7. 7. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
