Easy Turkey Casserole

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and coat a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
- 2. Cook the egg noodles in salted water according to package directions.
- 3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked noodles, turkey, cream of chicken soup, milk, 1 cup of cheese, peas and carrots, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Place the mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the remaining 1 ½ cups of cheese on top.
- 5. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes or until heated through.
- 6. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- 7. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
